Thank you for purchasing from SAJUSO, operated by Oksu. Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for completed digital readings.
2. Digital Product Nature
Our products are digital reports and analyses generated instantly upon purchase. Once a reading is generated and delivered, it cannot be returned, as the service has been fully rendered at the time of delivery.
3. Exception: Technical Errors
In the rare event that a technical error prevents you from receiving your purchased reading (e.g., payment processed but report not delivered, or a system error resulting in an incomplete report), we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include:
- Re-generating your report at no additional cost
- Issuing a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
